Dr. Jennifer Boeckman

American Board Certified in: Allergy/Immunology and Internal Medicine

Dr. Jennifer Boeckman attended medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Dr. Boeckman completed a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center / Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, where she trained with experts in severe asthma and studied the clinical manifestations of urticaria and angioedema. At the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Dr. Boeckman was directly involved in clinical trials for oral and epicutaneous (patch) immunotherapy for children with life-threatening peanut and cow’s milk allergies.

Dr. Boeckman is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and is the President of the Minnesota Allergy Society. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Allergy & Immunology. Her clinical interests are asthma, food allergies, urticaria/angioedema, and immunodeficiencies. When she is not at work, Dr. Boeckman enjoys exercising, reading, playing board games, and spending time with her family.
